Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal
period will expire after 14 days from the day in the case of a contract relating to deliver of a good consisting of
multiple lots or pieces on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you aquires,
of the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in written form (by letter, Fax or E-Mail).
The withdrawal term shall be deemed observed if the note of withdrawal has been sent or the dispatch of the goods has been initiated within the relevant period of time.The withdrawal is to be sent to: SG Solingen Shop OHG Meisenburger Weg 1 42659 Solingen Germany or else by e-mail to: info@solingen24.com Current legislation also permits cancellation by telephone. As the burden of proof in such cases rests with the client, we recommend that our clients issue cancellations in writing.
Consequences of effective withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You shall be liable for the return shipping costs if the goods delivered are the same as those ordered. We shall be liable for the return shipping costs if the goods delivered are not the same as those ordered or the goods delivered by us are damaged. Goods eligible for shipping are to be returned at our risk. Goods not eligible for shipping will be picked up. Goods which cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from your premises; these will be products that you did not receive from us by parcel post either.
